Avocado Sushi in Toronto

Hands down the best Sushi I've had in Toronto. Not only was the sushi amazing, the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend coming here and plan to be back many many times!

Possibly one of the best sushi places in Toronto. The food quality is fantastic and the care that goes into each sushi is marvellous. We had the tuna roll and the spicy tuna roll, and both were incredible. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Lunch specials are pretty good value for money. Wish they had better fish.

They have a reasonably priced platter which is perfect to share for two people. Even though it is located on busy Bay Street it is still a nice place to sit outside in the evening and watch the city go by.

This is my FAVOURITE sushi restaurant in Toronto. I've been a regular customer here for the past (close to) 3 years. The menu is simple, but contains everything you'd generally want. It is all fresh, and the staff are incredibly nice and sweet. Michael, the owner, is the kindest person. This matters most to me because having a happy person make my food, just makes it taste and feel better. Two thumbs up. Make the effort to say hi to Michael too. He's the best.

Maybe I was just lucky on that day - but I was really surprised how fresh their sushi and fish was!Ingredients were crispy and delicious, fish was wonderful and fresh and the selection great. I ordered their 38 pcs set and I loved it - it included a lot of imaginative sushi rolls, and it was enough for 3 people.All in all a very pleasant surprise!

Great value for money, the quality of the sushi is consistently fresh. Food is made quick when in a rush, and the service is very friendly.

This lil gem spot seems quite unnoticed but the food is genuinely HOMEY sushi THICK and the staff there KIND and NICE So nice to sit in when it’s raining outside 🌧

Super fresh, and decent prices, especially for lunch combos. We had the place to ourselves after the lunch rush and it was nice and quiet.

I am addicted to sushi. When me and my family are used to eat at: NEW GENERATION SUSHI, SUSHI ON BLOOR or even better yet ECHO SUSHI, every time we try a different sushi restaurant, we get disappointed. There’s a reason why we keep going back only to those 3 places very often for the last 5 years or so and will continue to eat there very often. It’s because after every time, we leave those places VERY SATISFIED. QUALITY, PRICE, SERVICE. Other restaurants try, but don’t offer the same variety, the same price, etc. This week we tried Avocado sushi and Sushi Inn, these charge extra for a miso soup even when you choose a plate of sushi that costs over 40.00.

I ordered a large party platter from here as I was hosting friends for my birthday. Everyone complemented on how amazing the maki rolls were, and I was pleasantly surprised since it was my first time ordering here. The server was really friendly and accomodating too while I was simply waiting for pickup. Would def order again!

The place was a nice quiet place with soft music and clean. I opted to get the sushi and sashimi set E which also included a small salad and bowl of miso soup. Overall, was a good place to go to maybe with a small group or a date.

The food is consistently fresh and tasty, employees hands out great service. I really like the cleanliness and mood. Highly recommended.

The price is really good! The food is also really good! We came here for lunch before the holidays, it is quite small but warm and cozy. The server was really friendly and we were really impressed with the place.

This is my favourite sushi spot in Toronto! They have great prices and exceptional quality every time I go. The combo's are a great value and very fairly priced for the amount of food you get. The only downfall is that sometimes the service is slow, but I think they just need to hire an additional staff member for the busier times.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is a little lack luster but don't let that fool you. The service here is quick and friendly and the food is good. So while it might not be the best restaurant for a romantic night out, it's a lovely place to grab a bite.

We were visiting Toronto and saw this nice restaurant. We were promptly greeted by a polite young woman who seated us and asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered waters and hot green tea which was delicious. After checking out the menu we placed our orders. My kids went with the Caterpillar roll and a salmon and avocado roll. My wife ordered the sweet tofu roll and a veggie California roll. I had a teriyaki chicken meal (miso soup and a side salad topped with ginger which I shared with the family)with a seaweed salad and mushroom soup. Everything was delicious and well made. My kids ate everything! I was pleased with our entire meal and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Good sushi for a good price with quick and friendly staff.

Walk inside the place smelled something funny in the air, it was faint but I was able to sense it, explains why they have their doors open. Very expensive, what you paying for the size and the scale of the portions is not worth the money, you're better off going to french fries like Spring Rolls.

Amazing sushi, and I love the creativity! I have to park the La Ferrari on the back street, but the ambiance is worth it! Great job to the staff, too!

The food was good. Quiet music was nice. It was a relaxing lunch, though at the same time service was a bit slow for lunch. Still, I will go back.

I don't have enough words to describe my experience. The sushis are very yummy. They have a lot of vegetarian options. Prices are also pretty reasonable.Spicy vege california rolls and vege dragon rolls are the best :-)

They have recently priced lunch specials plus they are quite fast. Great to call before you pick up. Kind service as well. Recommended!

Managed to get a table just walking in at 6 on a Tuesday. Service was pleasant, sushi was good. Service was quick. Not a standout but solid sushi spot.

The people who own this restaurant are the best! I am always so impressed with how fresh the ingredients are. Super delicious sushi. Would highly recommend any of their special rolls. Honestly, this is the only sushi join for me which is comparable to ones in Vancouver.

Buy the green Dragon. Really good. Also the server is really nice. Is one of the places i went every second or third week last year. Now that i am back on campus i am back there. i dont remember what i bought yesterday from the lunch menu, but was really grate.

We love hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this superb restaurant which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely time there with delicious meal and a nice stuff and a distinguished chef. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall surely visit again soon. Highly recommended.

Omg this place was good! staff was extremely polite and friendly but food was to die for.I can’t believe how fresh their sushi was even at 9:30pm. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean and friendly place for a great sushi, this is THE place!
